Licenciado en Matemática, Doctor en Ciencias de la Universidad de Stuttgart, Alemania. Académico del Departamento de Matemáticas y Ciencias de la Computación de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Primer editor latinoamericano de una de las mejores revistas internacionales de Matemática, “Fractional Calculus and Applied Analysis” (FCAA). Experto en Ecuaciones de Evolución y su aplicaciones en Medicina, Minería y Bioenergía, el año 2021 fue considerado dentro del 2% de científicos más relevantes a nivel mundial en su especialidad por la Universidad de Stanford, Estados Unidos.
